Allow market quickbar folders to be detached and opened in a different window, following the same behavior as bookmark folders. Helps a huge deal when organizing large amounts of sell and buy orders, among other uses.

Suggestion: Allow filtering of the "Price History" tab in market window. Tags: market, filters Notes: Currently you can't filter the order history, so in some products you have to browse through many 0-sale entries, cluttering the data.
